ABOUT REQUESTS
Q: Are requests open?
A: Yes, as long as the title says they're open. Please check the title.
Q: May I have a request?
A: Yes you may make a request. Know that if if you ask me this question I'll tell you no. People try to take advantage of asking for a request to try and force me to do their request. I don't like this so any post just asking if they can have a request will be told no.
Q: How many requests are you doing per month?
A: As many as I am able to. These journals are set up so that I can freely do requests upon my own availability. Some months will have more requests finished than others. I used to become overloaded by the amount of requests I received and promised to do. This new method is a way for me to still continue to do requests but not become overwhelmed by them.
Q: How many requests may I make?
A: Nonwatchers: may only make one request per month.
Watchers: may make three requests per month.
Q: How long will requests stay open?
A: Requests are usually always open. If I feel like I need a break I will let you guys know and ask that you come back again with your request at a later date.

Q: Do I have to be a watcher to request something?
A: No, requests are open to everyone.
Q: How many requests may I make?
A: Nonwatchers: may only make one request per month.
1 month+ Watchers: may make three requests per month.
Q: Why do watchers have to be at least 1 month old watchers to get 3 request per month?
A: This is to prevent people who are not actually interested in watching me from watching me. While I am happy to help people by fulfilling their requests I do not wish for people to take advantage of me. Do not watch me only for requests.
Q: Nonwatchers: Why can I only make one request per month?
A: I don't want to be spammed with requests nor do I want fake watchers. In this way nonwatchers can still requests if they like what I do.
ABOUT REQUEST INFORMATION
Q: What information do you like the most?
A: Knowing about the character. When I learn more about the character I can better grasp their personality and emotion. This often will spark an inspirational idea that I will want to draw.
Q: Why do I have to provide a picture reference of the character?
A: In the past I used to work off of descriptions of characters but many people were not satisfied. To prevent this I am now requiring that a picture of the character is provided.
Q: What does it mean by pose?
A: If you have a reference pose that you would like to see your character in I can sometimes try something similar.
Q: Why do you want to see another artist's picture?
A: This way I can learn a little more about the style and feeling that you like. I also find it inspiring and motivating to see other people's artwork.
Q: What type of picture from another artist do you want?
A: One of your favorites or one that you find inspiring. Any picture would do, but I often find it more helpful if it doesn't include the character that you want drawn.
Q: What does it mean by video time-lapse?
A: I want to try recording some of my drawing process and upload them to youtube.
Q: Can I request the same character in multiple journals?
A: Yes you may. If I didn't fulfill your request the first time there is the possibility that I did not have enough time to get to it. You may feel free to try your luck the next journal. However if the character was rejected for a particular reason then I will likely reject it again. Note there is also the possibility that I didn't feel inspired to draw that particular character. If you have posted the same character over several months and gotten no luck then you might want to try someone else. If I have already done that character then I am also less likely to do them again.
ABOUT REQUEST RULES
Q: Why do I have to provide a picture reference of the character?

Q: Why do you not draw ships?
A: I don't feel comfortable drawing them especially if I know the characters or if I don't particularly agree with the ship. So to avoid any of that I don't draw them for requests. You can request couples that are cannon but no ships.
Q: Can I request OCxOC
A: Yes, if they are your characters. If the OCs belong to someone else it must be characters that they pair together. You should also have their permission before asking me to draw them.
Q: Why can I not leave a bunch of characters for you to pick from as my request?
A: Doing this shows a lack of care. Each request I do I want it to be special. If you don't care which character is drawn then its not something special to you.
Q: Nonwatchers: Why can I only make one request per month?
A: I don't want to be spammed with requests nor do I want fake watchers. In this way nonwatchers can still requests if they like what I do.
Q: Watchers: Why do I have to have watched you for one month before watcher benefits apply?
A: I don't want people to watch me just because they just want free requests. I would like a community of watchers who support me and appreciate my art in some way.
Q: Does a denied request count as one of my requests?
A: No. If your request was denied you may request again. Only accepted requests will count towards one of your requests.
Q: Why do you have so many rules?
A: In the past I have tried many different combinations of set rules. The rules that I have set are there for a reason. I have simplified them the best I can but some rules that are longer still have to be said as it has been to often that they are broken.
About Request Status
Q: How do I know if my request will be done?
A: There is no way of telling that your request was one chosen to be done. However if I do decide to fulfill your request I will send you a message when I complete the sketch.
Q: How do you choose which requests to actually work on?
A: I work on the requests depending on time and inspiration. In the past I would burn myself out trying to complete everyone requests. To avoid this I will be choosing from the "accepted" requests in my own time.
Q: Is there anything that will make you more likely to do a request?
A: Those who are genuine and kind make me more eager to complete their requests. If I know the person more then I want to help them more.
Q: Do requests from previous journals carry over?
A: Sometimes, it will depend on the reasoning of the new journal. You can check the

Q: How can I put in effort into helping you with my request?
A: Giving me full details on things that are vague about the character or character design, or commenting honestly on what you think of the sketch before I do line art or start coloring. Helpful tips on how to improve it are also somethings you can do to help me with your request.
